Tires and air springs, Rubber Coated Bead Wire Technology

Bead wire for tires

It is a square-shaped wire bundle made of steel wire covered with rubber and is wrapped around the end of the carcass due to the structure of the tire. When filled with air, it secures the tire to the wheel and withstands the load the tire receives.

Core technology

Our core technology is to coat steel wire with rubber to shape it into a circle and maintain its shape for a long period of time. We manufacture and supply bead wire for tires and air springs.

Bead wire for railway vehicles

Bead wire used in air springs in railroad cars, trucks and buses

The air spring system of railway vehicles uses products with low natural frequencies to provide excellent riding comfort. This system effectively absorbs vibration and shock, increasing stability while driving and allowing passengers to move more comfortably.

In addition, the horizontal adjustment function allows the vehicle body to move smoothly up and down, so it is designed to allow passengers to use it safely and conveniently without any inconvenience when boarding or disembarking.
